ABOUT JUST TWO TUTORING
Just Two Tutoring offers one to one private instruction and mentorship services. While mathematics, language arts and sciences often serve as the pretext for services, students are also provided with organizational and motivational techniques for imdependent learning.
Mike Manning is Just Two's primary instructor and has nearly twenty years of experience as an educator. He has specialized in the unique learning needs of the twice-exceptional student and the emotional element which exists within the learning process.
Mike worked at Phildelphia's Academy Park High School in the early nineties to integrate the eighth grade students into high school classes. In San Francisco, Mike taught at James Denman Middle school where he received honorable mention from the superintendent's office for his "alternative methods in the instruction of students of varying abilities and grade levels".
In Boulder, Mike served the Boulder Valley School District for three years as the case manager and intake specialist for the C.H.O.I.C.E. program at Nevin Platt Middle School.
Since 2001, Mike has served the Boulder County community as a private educator, youth mentor, focus coach and tutor for middle and high school aged students. He is dedicated to the facilitation of meaningful educational experiences for all students.
