Bradley believes that most people can enjoy math if given the opportunity to connect with the material and topics. He completed his Bachelor’s in Mathematics at Auburn University and his Master’s and Ph.D. in Mathematics at the University of Delaware. He has been Teaching and Tutoring for over 10 years and is always excited to see students engaging with topics in different ways.
Bradley believes that at its core math is ‘problem-solving’, so the skills necessary for solving a math problem are the same as those for solving puzzles in video games, predicting what will happen next in a story, or understanding the rules, plays, and mechanics of any sport. Math is just about applying those skills to a set of rules and definitions we don’t normally interact with in life. He believes that when doing something tricky, we must remember that everything is hard or difficult when you don’t know how to do it.
When not doing math, other things Bradley enjoys are Board Games, Hiking, Espresso Making, and playing with his 2 cats.
