Connor is a math enthusiast who enjoys helping others appreciate the beauty in math. He has taught and tutored for 8 years. He earned his PhD in mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder with an emphasis on mathematical physics. Connor believes in an inquiry-based approach to learning, favoring self-discovery over memorization. He is comfortable teaching virtually any math topic: everything from basic algebra to quantum field theory.

In addition to math, Connor is an avid musician. He plays guitar, piano, sings, and knows every Beatles song. Music theory is one of many areas that have interesting and unexpected connections to math! Connor also enjoys physical activities: my favorites are volleyball, yoga, ping pong, and biking.
